For those of you who have been keeping up on Unity and its development as it moves towards version 3.0 (set for release this summer) you have probably seen this video, but if not, you should check it out and seriously take a look at Unity 3.0 for your next game project. I have to say I am rather impressed with the effects shown so far in this video. With all of the different game engines out there now, from CryTek to Unreal3D and now Unity its starting to get hard to figure out which one to go with for a long form game title project, but I think hands down Unity has pretty much captured the imagination and certainly a large market share in the way of short form casual gaming  development especially now with its iPad and iPhone development kits with competitive pricing that really can’t be beat!
