Summer time is here, and that means our anniversary sale is on now. We turn 15 this summer (unofficially 16, but hey, splitting polygons) and we want to thank you for all your patronage over the last decade and a half. We have certainly seen a lot! The summer of 2025 is also, according to the original US Trademark office records, the 35th birthday of LightWave3D! While we all know that Videoscape and Modeler originally came out as two separate products back in 1988, LightWave3D was born into the Video Toaster from NewTek in 1990, so that’s why we use it as the birthdate of our beloved 3D application.

Practical Production Techniques Vol. 25 – Damage and Practical Production Techniques Vol. 26 – Damage Vol. 2, are now available and ready for you to do some smashy smashy fun! Adam Gibson has also made a great series bundle available, which you can check out here. 
New videos and goodies are coming all the time, so make sure to check back frequently.

We will have some more news as well on the advancements of LightWave and other tools, including Black Magic Resolve Fusion/Resolve Studio as we get our heads wrapped around all kind of improvements. Also, we have been upgrading the website itself over the past couple of weeks so expect some changes as we attempt to give Liberty3d.com a much needed facelift. We have had this same template since 2012!
