Fixed Edge slide won’t go past 100% on open edges when using the mini slider in ‘Percentage’ mode

Fixed Edge Slide – zooming in shouldn’t affect “sliding to set percentage” any more, it’s set to use absolute mouse movement.

Fixed Points can be slid outwards if they are on an open polygon boundary even if there is no edge. The direction will be taken from any ‘internal’ edges between the two open edges, (with the direction obviously reversed)
